Getting Started
Click the "Register" button in the top navigation bar. Fill in your name, email, and password. You will receive a confirmation email to verify your account.
Browse our course catalog, click on a course you like, and click "Enroll Now". Some courses are free, others require payment. You can pay via Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer.
Yes! Upon completing all lessons and passing the final quiz, you will receive a verified certificate that you can share on LinkedIn or download as PDF.
Absolutely! Our platform is fully responsive and works on all devices including smartphones, tablets, and desktops.
Billing & Payments
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) via Stripe, PayPal, bank transfers, and PayHere for local payments in Sri Lanka.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid courses. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Go to your Profile > Settings > Subscription to view available plans and upgrade. You can choose monthly or annual billing.
Many of our courses are completely free. For paid courses, you can preview lessons before purchasing to ensure the course meets your needs.
Account Settings
Go to Profile > Settings > Change Password. Enter your current password and the new password to update.
Navigate to your Profile page and click "Edit Profile". You can update your name, avatar, bio, and social links.
Please contact our support team to request account deletion. Note that this action is irreversible and all your data will be permanently removed.
Course Access
Once enrolled, you have lifetime access to the course content including all future updates.
Try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache. Ensure your internet connection is stable. If the issue persists, contact support with your browser and device details.
Due to content protection policies, downloading of course videos is restricted. However, you can access course materials anytime with an internet connection.
Your progress is automatically saved as you complete lessons. You can view your progress dashboard to see completed lessons, quiz scores, and overall completion percentage.
